Freelancing is something in which a worker is not a employer nor a employee who should work from 9 to 6, but He is someone who is self employed by selling His services from the comfort of a cough, and a client buys His services with a fee

To make this procedure easier there are plenty of freelance marketplaces in which some are Traditional and Some are & not nontraditional Marketplaces

Let's first talk about Traditional marketplaces: where clients post their requested Services and freelancer bid on it, & if client find its bid suitable & trustable, He will award  the Project to freelancer and when freelancer done His job perfectly, client will released a payment for the freelancer is called traditional marketplace some of the examples are guru.com Upwork.com or workchest.com (Workchest.com have both system) 

Now let's talk about nontraditional marketplaces: here a freelancer post His services as a Gigs, client comes & see Gig details, if He finds all His requirements well and affordable, He will buy Gig, when a freelancer gets His job done, client leave Him a Feedback about His Work, example like fiverr.com

Now! Let's talk about some of its Benefits:

1. for Patient (who can't go out for Job): He can Work comfortably from Home according to His own Time Table

2. for Woman (who feels hesitation going out for Job): She can Work from Home by selling Her Services and earn money

As well as for

3: School Student (Who can't go for Job due to His/Her school schedule): He/She can also earn money by Selling His/Her services & freelancing will help Him/Her polishing His/Her skills and Pay His/Her own tuition fees

And for much More Peoples

but everything that has Pros also has Cons

Now let's talk about some of its Cons:

1. Freelancer shouldn't be so sure about how much Income He/She will earn, it depends on how much He/She works and how many orders He/She gets? 

2. At some cases He should be unsocial to gets His Job done on Time (as Sometime Clients wanted Project to be done at some specific time)

3. Freelancer should manage His/Her routine according to client's Time Zone, as most of the Clients He/She will gets hired by were not from His/Her Country (time zone)
